My experience with Merrick Bank in Utah. I purchased a recreational loan for a camper thru them in 2017. I decided to pay off the remaining balance of $4,000.00 on September 8, 2020. I was told it takes 3 weeks for the title. It is now October 20, 2020. I have a buyer for the camper and no title. I called multiple times. The have not called me back. I been hung up on. Marla is the supervisor at Merrick Bank s title department. I left a message on Marla s phone. NO RESPONSE!!!! I have a buyer for the camper and I can t sell with out a TITLE. This establish should not be in business for the way they treat people. The banking reps are rude and disrespectful to the customer. All I want is the TITLE! If they took my $4,000.00 And I waited more than 3 weeks from 09/08/20 to 10/20/20, that to me is POOR SERVICE!!!!!
