I will first start by saying how much I appreciate...

I will first start by saying how much I appreciate my salesperson Josh. He was fun to work with and got my deal done rather quickly. I thought this was the best car purchasing experience ever.

Finally my new E350 was available for pickup. The car supposedly went through all inspections before delivery. The car smelled of burning something or other after I took it home. I thought it was new car residual that would clear up with a couple days. Next thing I know I am on the side of the road unable to move. Reminder, this is a brand new car. I called the dealer, since it was brand new. No one available to assist. I called mbrace, which was sold as a fantastic service that responded with a 70 minute wait time. I was able to get the car back to the dealer. It was to be repaired. Reminder, this is a brand new car. I picked it up a few days later, only to have the same road side scare.

I wonder sometimes which was the wrong decision, purchasing from Sears or purchasing a Mercedes Benz.

Reid, you took ownership of the issue and got it repaired. I think.
Gary, you never responded to my last email. Poor Service
Josh, I would buy from you again. Not sure this product, but would buy from you again.
