I lived in a complex owned by this company for two years. When I moved in, I paid a $250 pet fee. Apparently, this fee was misappropriated as they want me to pay it again. When I contacted them regarding my final closeout notice, the women I exchanged several emails with admitted that the fault was on the fault of the company, and yet I was still expected to pay the charge for the second time. When she responded that she would not be responding to any further emails, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which has gone unanswered. This company is appalling.

Edit: my review is not inaccurate. I paid my $250 fee. I have proof that I paid the $250 pet fee. I showed it to the property manager when I was accused of not paying it. I sent it to Libby Ponder when my final closeout statement still showed it. I paid it in the rent payment system that this company uses in August of 2016. I ll send it to anyone else that interested in seeing it. Because of incompetence on the part of the staff the money I paid was not allotted where it should have been. Congratulations on having the Attorney General say that you don t violate a federal law. That still doesn t prove this is a good company to do any business with. In fact, it s F rating with the Better Business Bureau, which I m aware of because I filed a complaint with them that went unanswered, proves that I m not the only person that thinks the business practices of the Medve group are horrifying.
