They ask me, through a letter, for documents that were not in the information PDF as requirements to request specific help; I try to clarify my doubts over the phone and I call repeatedly, they don't answer me. I go to the office: for consultations they do not attend in person, not even by appointment. I request an appointment to deliver the documentation in the registry, they offer me one ten days later than the maximum date imposed to correct it. A really regrettable service to the citizen.
