This is a different perspective since I used to work there. The place is ok, with nice surroundings and well-maintained golf courses. The Managers are some of the worst in the business but don t focus on them or you will only last 2 months tops. The employees are the nicest but some have tendencies to get mad at the Managers and then take their anger out on their fellow co-workers.

If you work events (weddings, X-Mas parties, holidays, SAS Tournament, ), you will have opportunities to brush shoulders with illegal immigrants ( temps ). They are the most visible and are there in large numbers.

Overall, the flexible schedules, fantastic food and cool employees will keep you coming back year after year.
