Really nice rooms, nice fancy lobby, restaurant wa...

Really nice rooms, nice fancy lobby, restaurant was decent, location is insanely close to the airport so their free shuttle is great... you can't even get to a rental car faster, staff mostly friendly but not amazingly helpful with problems... there was no hot water for showers one morning and you'd think they would offer something when guests bring this up... 500 pts? Coffee? Still overall it was a good stay.

Edit: they contacted me after writing this review and offered points for the inconvenience... So in my book that gets the fifth star back.
