These actions are outrageous. It is my opinion that anyone involved in the gross malpractice of calling CPS because parents sought a second opinion needs to be looked at carefully by professional organizations such as AMA and appropriately disciplined. Outside of the legal implications, professionals must realize that they are accountable to other peers who are rightly called to judge their work worthy of their profession.
