It is disheartening to see Mr. Greg Gentry review however not surprised. To clear up the statement, it was a mutual agreement and it is not correct on many levels. However who would give up a job and deposit that was already permitted unless it was not a good situation. It's not something we've ever done but however after reading this and knowing where the place he comes from I think it was best for both parties. I truly love my customers and enjoy helping them but this was a situation I couldn't figure out....I literally thought when we sent the deposit check back with no fees deducted, and sending them the HOA approval plans I worked on we would end in a nice place....guess not.
