I wasn't sure I wanted to use this service, but after using it I admit it is really good service. In the past I had companies like Comcast. Every once in a while the service would give me glitches and I would be without internet for a few minutes.

I have family that lives far away and we do often video conference. Imagine the frustration of dropping my VOIP calls or video calls.

With Direct Communication that has never happened, and that is a first for me.
The people are nice and we got a tech to our house setting up the internet super fast!.

I know it is only my opinion, but I am sold and I believe your experience will be good as well.
