There have been countless things needing fixing (electricity stopped working in part of the house, the fridge just started leaking water which made part of the house smell for a week, washing machine needed fixing, broken fire alarm) and our maintenance requests were just ignored, and we had to keep calling. After complaining via email about nothing getting done, Diana called my roommate and told her off for us being disorganized.
