Very poor service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't receive bills and then get calls for collections on bills I never received. I have been double billed and had to prove I have paid. I can't log in to check on claims because I have no bill and therefore no claim number. The website payments do not provide an adequate receipt for flex claims. Ask for a different provider at the Dr. next time. They are required to give options. I will not go with National DME again.
