I do not recommend this dealership. Their customer service is awful. Purchased a $2500.00 bumper to bumper. Was told I didn t need to do anything to maintain warranty.
Took it in at 5 yrs for work & the warranty was covered. Was back the next month & warranty had been voided but they would do powertrain inspection and re-instate and sure enough the warranty covered the repair. Returned 11 years later was told warranty was not valid but no problem they would reinstate. Later said they couldn t because 5 yr & 10yr were never done. I told them they told me that 1) nothing was required to do anything to maintain warranty and 2) they did the powertrain inspection at 5yrs. Was told it was never done. I called mopar warranty & was told if dealer did inspection they would re-instate. Dealer refused. Area manager refused. Even though they were responsible for 70% of the inspection not being done, they would not accept their responsibility in this situation. I feel the dealership wanted off the hook on the warranty and refused. Now I am out $2500.00.
I waited a couple of weeks to post this bad review, hoping that the dealership would do the right thing & they haven t. My son (who is a lawyer) advised me to go to the better business bureau and attorney general. I am sincerely hoping it ends here and the dealership will do the right thing.
