Kenny s installed my hardwood floor when I buiIt my home two years ago so I called them to request a bid for repair the latter part of June. I was told that Jesse, the hardwood floor manager, would be at my house on June 20th between 9 10 a.m. I waited until 11:15 and no one called or showed up. I called to let them know that no one called or showed up and that I had to leave. A few minutes later, Jesse called me and rescheduled for July 2. He did show up on July 2nd and told me that he d email a bid to me that evening but I never received a bid. I called twice and left messages as well as left a voicemail on his cell phone asking him to call me as I had not received his bid but never had a reply. On Monday, July 23rd, I called and spoke with the receptionist and explained that I hadn t had a reply from Jesse and asked if someone else could help me and she apologized and said that she d talk to Jesse s boss, Shawn. A few hours later I had a call from Shawn who told me that he had talked to Jesse and that he (Shawn) would email a bid to me that evening. Never heard back from Shawn or received a bid. Five days later, I called back and spoke with the receptionist (Titiana) again and explained that I still hadn t received a bid from Shawn either and asked her to give him a message from me that Jesse and Shawn had wasted a lot of my time and that I was very disappointed with the way they dealt with me and that I would definitely not be doing business or recommending Kenny Tile in the future.

I see from many of the reviews I read here that many others have had the same unprofessional no call, no show very poor customer service experience. Don t waste your time with Kenny s!!
