After dropping our RV off for service, we didn't hear back from the service agent until we contacted him a week later. At that time, he informed us that work was was completed which we were never informed about (and were expected to pay). After questioning the cost, he supposedly got the manufacturer to cover it. Upon arrival to pick our coach up, the service agent did not go over the repairs with us until we asked to speak with him. To top things off, the coach was returned to us with the house batteries dead. Our dissatisfaction is due to the lack of communication and QC, not the work that was successfully performed.
