The therapist did her job exam and provided exercises, the therapy methodology is more standard and traditional, I feel it lacks of personalization. To my feedback of the exercise is not suitable for me (cause more pain), cause pain, the recommendation is to use ice, and use ice more. Ice can numb, makes one feels good for a short time, but it clearly not an solution, the exercise itself shall be modified.
Anyway, going to another place!
