I had a tech21 case with my old phone, and despite dropping it at least once a week, no matter the landing surface, the case protected my phone perfectly.
Naturally, when my upgrade came about, I knew I wanted the same case. Previously I had got it from an EE store, but could only find them from the official tech21 store this time. Having read the reviews on here, I was wary. However, I ordered a galaxy s10 plus case, with next day delivery. I didn't receive a tracking number, but rang the customer services number, who were very helpful and provided it. The phone arrived the next day as paid for.
I would recommend both the case and the website, based on my experience with them.
