They make people wait behind barriers on the other end of the avenue! Once there the reception is rather pleasant, but impossible to have any information if your case requires an additional procedure. It is even worse if you call by phone, we do not even listen to you and redirect you directly to providers who generally do not have control over what is happening. It's been more than 3 months since I made the request and still no response, I can't even collect my passport to travel elsewhere. A shame !
