My insurer s (Tuft s Care Link) re-insurer (Cigna) denied your claim for payment for my hospital stay 12/21/19-12/24/19 because you didn t code it properly. You coded it as a 48-hour observation only, at the expiration of which I was just going into medically necessary surgery. No wonder your ratings on Google are horrifying - the torture and terrorism your billing department subjects your clients to is shocking. And then you have the *nerve* to call me at 9:50 on a Saturday morning to demand I pay a $17,000+ bill?! My insurer will be calling you Monday. I suggest you straighten out your billing errors by then.
