I was extremely disappointed in the way my incorrect water bill was handled, how my claims for an unusually high water bill were denied twice without communication or logical reason, a lack of follow up or understanding for my situation, and the many hours I've spent on the phone having to defend myself when the city made a mistake. It took 7 months, but I finally received a resolution today. The final representative who helped me get an adjustment on my bill was the most helpful person I talked to all year. There are definitely good people who work here, but the lack of knowledge and organization that I experienced prior to this rep is the reason I'm giving them a low review.
