Luxury treatment and best customer service we've had in all of Canada! Might be expensive but well worth the one night experience we had for our anniversary and snowy weather this fine mid- October 2017! Beautiful, majestic scenery from hotel! We even had beautiful view of Lake Louise from our hotel room upon hotel booking request. You may wanna stack up with food at Trailhead Cafe in plaza less than 2 miles away before heading to Fairmont Chateau...only con was cost of food at this hotel was way too high compared to what we pay back home...remember you are paying for the experience, service, views, location, and convenience. So if you even need to warm up any food bought from outside of the hotel you can ask them to bring a microwave to your room. Feel free to warm up the food you may have bought elsewhere. I think the hotel has a 24 hour cafe to grab a sandwich (about $13 canadian dollars), and/or coffee/hot chocolate. We did do room service for dinner because it was convenient and we were just tired from the day...enjoyed the burger and clam chowder but at a higher than normal price (about $53 Canadian dollars included gratuity). The service complimented the food and justified cost. What service! Awesome! Now that me and my wife visited, we'll definitely be back in the future with family. Thanks for having such courteous staff to match the serene majestic Lake Louise environment, Fairmont Chateau!
