Poor service from hotel staff
No drinking water is provided (could be due to draught situation)

- Room was not prepared but allocated to guest, But you can ring using one touch service and ask for required items.
- Room thermostat not working, could be difficult in winters, But you can use layers of blankets to keep yourself warm. Spare blankets are available in the room.
- Only 1 option for Veg hot breakfast. But you can have fruits and biscuits at small price of 200 Rands
- Watchout and see what you eating specially if you are allergic to protein or nuts. I requested for baked beans (explicitly requested no meat, no egg)but there were chunks of eggs, pictures attached.

Nice hotel, Transport service to V&A available every hour.
