We contacted Lisa by phone from Canada. Told her our interest in Stuart Florida. She immediately began sending us information of prospective places within our budget and interest. When we arrived in Stuart she was there the day agreed upon and had several places lined up and organized for us to see. She did not waste our time. She new our budget and interest and stayed within that. Not trying to over sell us like so many agents do.
I can't say enough about Lisa ; so organized, very polite , great sense of humor. It was probably best experience we have ever had with a Real estate broker or agent. She was also so helpful explaining the process to us about what we needed to do and how to do it as far as being from Canada and buying a vacation home in the US. Helped us with lawyer, banking, utilities, insurance, etc. This was all way beyond our expectations.
She did way more than just sell us a condo. Last but way far from least. we were not real high end dollar value. We are middle class but Lisa spent time with us and answered every question and stayed with us right through to closing day and even after when we had questions about utilities and stuff. She made us feel like we spent a million and she had a high end commission . This was a low commission deal for Lisa but a high end treatment for us. I have and will always recommend LISA FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
