Just picked up my new Mazda 3 2014 Pearl White fro...

Just picked up my new Mazda 3 2014 Pearl White from this dealership 2 days ago. I went with a friend who knows more about cars and he can be very particular - good for me as a buyer. Our salesman Kevin Chiang was honest, *very* patient and helpful through out the whole process. With his help, I got a very decent price for my car.(usually there's not much room for bargain when buying a new car)

On the day of delivery, Kevin kindly came all the way from Vancouver to Richmond to pick my friend and myself up. And later on I learned that it's his day off! He didn't even mentioned it when I asked for pick up. Our delivery appointment was at 8pm. With all the contract paperwork and insurance, we didn't leave until almost 10pm. No one at the office rushed us, they patiently explained everything till I understood. Kevin waited till I finished all paperwork and then sit in the car with me explained all the features.

Overall a very good experience for a first time car buyer! Even my experienced picky friend was satisfied. I would highly recommend Kevin Chiang if honesty and patience are what you value the most when buying a car!
