So after a brutal 16 hour day of mother s surgery and finding out she was at a high risk for stroke, I left and discovered my ticket missing for parking garage. I explained At a different parking garage ( mine had no cashier so late at night) that I had gotten there at 8:00 am . Instead of letting me pay and give me a ticket we had to go over to our garage and get registration and drivers license and run BACK over to be able to pay and leave with a ticket. Meanwhile hospital police parked right in front of us bothering us... really??? You mean to tell me all this was NECESSARY????? Come on mass gen.... let s leave the m off your name to make it more appropriate considering the treatment.
