This is more than a finance company. They care about you as a person. I have been leasing equipment from this company for almost 4 years now. In that time I have encountered two major financial hardships. Both times they have worked with me allowing me to pay when I could and waived late fees. They have always been kind, caring, and respectful people when I have spoken to them on the phone. They never made me feel bad for missing payments. During this whole COVID pandemic my business was hit hard. I had to close temporarily and Financial Pacific Leasing let me defer my payments. That was the biggest blessing. It allowed me to catch up financially and now I am back on track. If you need to lease anything I highly recommend this company!
