Terrible experience. The doctor I saw was great, but the billing/reception staff have been nothing but awful. I had just a usual checkup for contacts, nothing major at all. I was told that day in office that my insurance wouldn't cover the exam and that I owed $60. Totally reasonable, and I paid it that day in office, no problem. 3 weeks later, they send me a bill for $350!!! Are you kidding?! I've called the billing department several times, no help. Have been playing phone tag with the manager for 4 days now (as she is never in her office...). Don't go here unless you're prepared to pay an arm and a leg!
