Rod came first thing Sunday morning and checked out our units (Dakin) but could not find out why it froze up. I still gave Rod 5 stars because of his professional attitude and friendly personality. I replaced our 20 year old Lenox with 2 new Dakin 2 years ago so we would not have any problems. We have had a problem with both units in this 2 year time frame, both service calls were under the service contract but I would have to give the Dakin product a 2 or 2 1/2
