We bought a car there 3 months ago and it was the worst car buying experience my wife and I have had. We talk probably twice a week about the experience and it comes up in conversation with friends regularly. The experience with Karen Winsborough in finance left us in utter disdain. So much so, that we will probably never buy a Lexus product ever again.
