Horrible hospital. Even just for basic check up they do not know what they're doing. They'll refuse to treat, even when asked. Banfield istelf is a horrible service, if you're thinking of signing up, DON'T, you wont save money, and they will fail to treat your animal properly. STAY AWAY!!! It's complete amateur hour!!!!!
