I stayed in this hotel once with my SO. It was an okay experience. However I booked one more night for myself as she left first.

Problem one. Bugs in the room. Staff came to try and get rid of a lizard. He ran under the bed and could no longer be found......

Problem 2. New room was even further away from my family who is staying in the main building....

Problem 3. The phone doesn't work so I can't call to report any new problems. I've had to walk back and forth and nothing was done to fix the phone.

Problem 4. No service for my phone. Couldn't even talk to my family unless I use the wifi.

Staff didn't care to help until I kept coming back requesting for help...

My last night in this country was brought down by a 4 star hotel and I will not be returning....
