For the last three weeks I have tried calling and all that happens is the very annoying hold music, it is like their is no one home at UHEAA. After a week of not being able to contact I tried to email UHEAA a few times still no response. I have been a customer of UHEAA for years, but the lack of responsiveness is a recent change, I hope it is addressed soon, but unfortunately I can't refine d that any do business with UHEAA
