Homestead Kennels cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service and support given to us by Matt Swann. We had a email delivery issue when our new website was deployed causing customer enquiry and bookings to not be delivered to us - potentailly costing us substantial amounts of money. I by chance contact WEB123 lead developer Matt Swann outside of normal hours and he recognised the issue and went on a pursuit of fixing the problem so that we could communicate with our customers. Matt went beyond the call of duty in the name of customer service and total customer satisfaction - we would not hesitate in recommending WEB123 and the service they provide to other business wanting total support from thier IT provider.
