I brought truck for alighnment and they did nothin...

I brought truck for alighnment and they did nothing with it just charged me $174 i had paper with old specs to match what they did , other problem with one of my lower ball joint had more play the other and steering was loose they told me its with in specs ,they just rotate the tires and thought it will fix the problem but it didnt i end up buying lower control arm with ball joint for 500$ while truck had only 38.000km and its got warranty what the point to have car or truck with warranty if they wont do nothing
