When my experience started a few weeks ago I would have given the service department negative stars if possible. However, after calling the dealership and speaking with Kristina I am extremely pleased with how I (and my car) was treated. If you need to take your vehicle in...avoid Mike. he does not know anything about Volvo cars and will not try to find out. Also, he most likely will be chomping on crunchy food every time you speak to him...reoccurring theme after speaking to him at least five times., on different days. Oh, and wasting over three hours driving back and forth from the dealership because of his incompetence. If you want to have your car taken care of and know what is going on with your car, call Kristina. I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding service. She made sure to find out what was wrong with my new car and relay to me what needed to be done. she saved me multiple trips to the dealership. I would not have kept my car if not for her.
