I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Meridian Pt. When I went to my appt. I asked how much it would cost and was told it could be anywhere from $100-$140., so I m thinking after Insurane pays a portion it will not cost more than 100.00. I was in the appt. for no more than 35 minutes. He had me touch my toes, lay on the table and bend my legs back to stretch, showed me one exercise to do and basically that was it other than asking me a few questions and my explaining when it started or so forth. At this point, I m thinking well my bill will be on the lower end of that estimate. However, when I received the bill it was for $272.00, my portion being $185.64. I was very upset and called them and after explaining what had transpired they lowered it to $140.00, which I still feel was too much for the little they did. But at time I immediately paid the bill, today 3 weeks later I receive another bill in that amount. I called and the lady says she forgot to post it. Just another bad experience with this company. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone wanting to avoid stress.
Also, before I received the bill, I was getting numerous calls wanting me to make another appt., even though I told them I would call them. Thank goodness I didn t go back before I received the bill. This is the first time I ve ever written a review on a company, but wanted people to be aware that this could happen to you.
