I contacted George Lammers to install two egress windows in our basement for July 2018. We went with Innovative Basement Systems based on his sales pitch of doing thousands of egress windows. Well, we should have went with a different company. For $8400, the two pictures below show what you going to get. Sloppy install, terrible cuts, and spray foam everywhere to cover up the shabby workmanship.

I emailed George and said I was unhappy with the install. He said someone from the sales or product management would contact me. Three weeks later and no call or email from anyone. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

UPDATE 1-2-19, Adam Johnson from Innovative contacted me and we worked out a solution after my initial complaint. In the end, a separate contractor came out and fixed my drywall at their expense.
