My doctor suggested I do the genetic testing because of the high rate of cancer in my family. I agreed, then experienced much indecision and confusion among staff members. I still have not received the email I was told to expect. Everyone was friendly and tried, but this seems to be something new that they are not sure about. I suggest a crash course in how the process works in order to be more knowledgeable and helpful.
