Flew to Vail from Cincinnat for my daughter to see Dr Millett after visiting with multiple other shoulder surgeons. He and his staff were hands down the best. For a surgeon to be so accomplished and respected professionally, and yet be so humble and patient would not seem possible. After our visit he and his staff continued to go above and beyond to help us by providing us with patient references, published studies, and they really went to bat for us dealing with our insurance company. I highly recommend Dr Millett.
