I had just recently purchased a vehicle from My Auto Import. It was a really nice buying experience at the time but looking back I can't help but feel like I was rushed into the whole purchase. I truly am regretting the whole purchase but now feel stuck in a loan for the next 5 years. I had not had the time to truly look over everything and after I bought it I found that there were a few things wrong with it (lights, phone charger, power seat). I set up an appointment to have it fixed because...well I shouldn't have to pay to fix a new car right? They tried to charge me for the fixes that I made and then got an attitude when I told them I wouldn't pay. I would recommend because they seem to be very upfront and honest but I also would not.
