Mr. Tahir Rana Really helped my family! My family laptop crashed due to a bad hard drive. He was able to help replace it quickly and reinstall windows for the laptop to work again, all at a great price. He was also really kind and helped me pass the time waiting with pleasant conversation.

Edit: as an extra bonus, Mr. Rana did all of the diagnostic in the front of the shop for free, even showing me what he was doing as he went. He even did the repair up front while I hung out, since my family is very nervous about leaving their computers with strangers. Very compassionate of him.
