Visited location 3 times reporting an issue and paid for various suggested repairs - only to be informed I should just buy a new car. Their quote to repair instead was outrageous. I visited another location a day later and was assisted with repairs for less than half of what I was originally quoted. In addition, the other location didn't pressure me to buy a new vehicle.

Sure, I'm out of the money I've paid South Blvd thus far when it didn't resolve my issue. But lesson learned, this place is to be avoided.

UPDATE:

Yeah, your director lied to you. No new engine needed nor was a new vehicle. Your actions and response certainly don't encourage a return or brand loyalty. Good thing is I never have to do business with you again.
