Very poor ability to take care of issue. Everyone I spoke to was polite, but it took multiple calls to get the task completed and that was only after a request for a supervisor twice. I was billed for a car I sold to a dealership, and the representatives (3) were kind in trying to help. But each one told me something different, and each time failed leading to the bill going to a late notice. At that point, I requested a supervisor and got one. However, the fax number did not go through for days, and I had been told no email. After days of rejected faxes, another supervisor was finally able to give me an email. It was resolved, but only after weeks of roundabouts.
