Limited menu in the restaurant. Poorly trained staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. (At the reception they don t know how to properly arrange a client with a paid accommodation, and in the restaurant they first serve a dish with soup appliances, then soup and for some reason take a spoon. Go pier look for it yourself.) In the morning it's hard to find a free table. The high cost of a standard class room for 440 Singapore dollars - which does not correspond to the services provided.
