they don't do anything when someone takes something of yours on a home visit like as an example some one took my hat and when he got back he admitted it to me so i went and told staff and of course he denied everything and he still go away with it. also they had a breach of confidentiality when a staff member took a picture of some kids in the library and then posted them on a social network
