Poor customer service. Charged for services did not ask for or approve. Charged for inspection when still under free inspection. Service couldn t find my account even though I bought the vehicle at their location. Did not even wash the car like they used to . Would have never gone with this dealership had I known they were going to be bought out by Apple. Entire experience with their team was terrible. Wish I didn t love the car so much or need it to get to my job because I would give it back. Their financing is ridiculous. If you lease you end up paying for tax, tags & titles when you lease and again when you purchase the vehicle. Highway robbery!
