No Bidet in their bathroom. No one even offered to help us carry our things upon arrival and after check-in even if I obviously needed help. During breakfast at the buffet, a staff was walking fast and bumped my arm. I was carrying a bowl of soup and nearly got drenched good thing I was able to catch the soup and balanced it immediately. Given the incident, no one offered to just bring the soup bowl to my table. Sorry if I expected more because I have been given far better treatment from lower starred hotels. So not worth it for the ~luxurious~ price. You can get better deals somewhere else. Don't bother with their claim of "renowned five-star luxury hotel". This hotel is not welcoming to us and it's just an old overpriced hotel.
