Had a very interesting interaction With two of your sales men. Started off with them noticing my current alarm systems sign and talking about them wanting to replace it with a different sign. They were polite at first. But definitely were leaning towards the pushy side. I was honestly just trying to learn more about the company and was interested in comparing the
To our current security system. I told them both I was not making a decision and didn t mind paying full cost if I believed the company was worth it. After learning more about the company. Personal information was written down. I told them I hadn t said yes. One of the salesman was upset for the time wasted and walked off extremely rude. I understand it s your job to sale and I was a missed customer. But I was honest from the start and told them I wasn t making any rational decisions. That man acted worse than a kid throwing a temper tantrum. It s definitely not a good look on the company and I definitely made a decision to keep my current company. The other man was polite and kind and I appreciate his time.
