First time to dine in this famous glacier brewhous...

First time to dine in this famous glacier brewhouse and the experience was terrible might be the last. Dine in with wife and kid, I ordered medium rare steak and they gave me a rare steak (yuck) they took and back to the kitchen after 5minutes it came close to medium rare wow! Really need to reconsider getting a new Chef or cook at the grill. Food temperatures are very easy to know if you been doing it on daily basis but today was really bad. Yeah i get comp for my meal why am i whining. First medium steak is not rare steak refired them and still didn t do it right I lost my appetite and left with empty stomach. 4.3 review i think it s overrated.
