The Westin is a beautiful hotel to stay at, with customer service that is truly deserving of 5 stars. I have stayed here multiple times, as well as attended several work functions in their ballrooms upstairs. All requests are easily accommodated, and it appears as if they have a rigorous training program for guest interaction, as every employee I have ever encountered has been not only polite and friendly, but also welcoming.

The close promiximity to Crown Center means that shopping and dining are just steps away, literally. From a romantic night out, to a family outing, to a business meeting, this place can and will accommodate every need. And they will do so with a smile adorned on their face, and an anticipation of guest's needs second to none!
