i'm giving this a 1 star i will change if my parki...

i'm giving this a 1 star i will change if my parking ticket does not come off my credit score.
I need a confirmation email saying that i have payed because i have and you took the money out i have emailed you numerous times and still have not got a confirmation email i am giving you guys one week, please can you contact the County Court Buisness Centre and let them know i've payed because if not this is basically fraud.
UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN EMAILING LOADS I HAVE YET STILL GOT NO RESPONSE THIS IS LITERALLY FRAUD I NEED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL PLEASE CAN YOU SEND ME THAT
